‍Inkrement is a Slack-integrated application designed to facilitate real-time, continuous feedback among team members. It enables users to request and provide feedback, including anonymous submissions, directly within Slack.

‍While Inkrement allows for anonymous feedback to encourage open communication, users are reminded that Slack, as a platform, may have access to usage data that could potentially identify users. Slack

‍Users retain ownership of the feedback they provide and receive. Inkrement stores this data to assist in personal and team development. All data associated with an account is automatically deleted within 30 days of account expiration. Inkrement does not monetize user data through advertisements or sales to third parties. ‍Inkrement employs encryption protocols to protect user data both at rest and in transit. Despite these measures, users acknowledge that no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure and agree to use the Service at their own risk.
